That's unfortunate that two comedic entities like Ferrell and Galifianakis can't come together in a movie and it be funny. By the way, this was filmed in New Orleans, not NC.

Gabe, why? I know the movie looks shitty, uninspired and all that. I had zero interest.
I was hoping that you'll give it a positive review, so that we all will know that the movie is shit.

I saw the film at the Traverse City Film Festival and the crowd was rocking in the seats. I thought it was hilarious and spot-on for timing and relevance. Michael Moore gushed at the filmmaker for "nailing it" and the guy literally got a standing ovation after the Q and A. Did you see the same film? It's an "F"? It's got a 76 on Rotten Tomatoes. You may stand as a lone hater on this one.

I'd agree with a zero. There really is nothing redeeming or funny about this movie. There is no satire and the humour amount to nothing more than vulgarity for the sake of vulgarity. I wished I hadn't seen it. I left feeling somewhat depressed for the actors involved and the funds and resources that were expended making this steaming pile of crap.
