Completely agree. Absolutely terrible special. Love Murray\’s work usually. Actually watched the whole show just hoping for redemption. Never happened. For what it\’s worth, "Lost in Translation" is an all time favorite in our family, BTW….

This was the best Christmas special I\’ve seen in a long long time. Classic Bill Murray. So funny. So naturally funny. And the music and guests were too much. I laughed out loud. Clearly they didn\’t take themselves so seriously. Watch it again. Lighten up!

I think you\’re being WAY TOO GENEROUS. Everyone is just afraid to say that this was a great idea that was horribly executed. Wasn\’t there a single writer working on this? It was horrible. Miserable. Have the cast can\’t sing. At least in the old days when they did this, they hired famous singers. Bill, while funny and entertaining, is not Bing Crosby and Chris Rock is not David Bowie.
