Interesting, Iâve read generally positive reviews of this movie. I think this is the only one Iâve seen that didnât like it. I am going to see Mama eventually â a couple of my DISH co-workers actually invited me to go see it with them tonight. Iâm not big on seeing movies in the theater, though. Iâd rather wait for it to be out on DVD. Iâve already got it in my Blockbuster @Home queue through my DISH account, so once it comes out on video itâll show up at my apartment. Itâs just more convenient and cheaper for me to watch it at home.

Jeeez….what a dud. Chastain looks absolutely ridiculous in the black wig. Really embarrassing. So, this film is Chastain's "Norbert", right?. Great timing (LOL!).

del Toro's said in interviews the only part of the monster that's CG is the hair. The rest of it is a dude in a suit that somehow manages to look like bad CG.
