I think Oli\'s review is pretty spot on here -- you can sense that this thing was rounded off, studio-noted and edited to death. So many characters get short shrift (Adhir Kalyan seems to have been left entirely on the cutting room floor) which turns the intriguing premise into your standard, mediocre romcom.

That said, the audience I saw it with loved it and clapped at the end. Don\'t be surprised if this does a lot better than it deserves to at the box office.

Would pay to see Greta Gerwig and Jake Johnson in their own romcom but that will never happen.

This movie was a disaster....very disjointed....not one likeable character and the plot was just ridiculous. Absolutely one of the worst films I have ever seen. Natalie.....you should be ashamed of being involved in this production. It was very silly, very poorly edited and it was a CHORE to watch...and I saw it FREE.

Great line, \"at best, it’s roughly equivalent to watching five below-average, unusually star-studded episodes of “How I Met Your Mother” back to back.\"

Solid review; sad to see Reitman lose his fastball this badly.
