$70,000 in 5 Days? That's nothing to sneer at. Guess you were wrong. Will it make back its enormous budget? That remains to be seen and may be impossible, but it will clearly surpass the $150 million mark.

cool review..though i have seen some of the cartoon..I have been highly anticipating this film only to see if Shylaman can pull it off being that its obviously most likely his last venture in directing film if this didn't work..which is sad because he is a good writer as well as director and was influnced by comic books as a kid, so this film is almost a dream come true for him-so to see it fail,would be upsetting to watch..with hopes of better cartoon and comic book based/influenced films in the future, I am hoping that this does above and beyond what was expected in order to help advance his career in that genre..Especially since marvel seems to be getting bigger and bigger with every year,hoping that this director will be able to bring more of his talent to that arena would be very beneficial to them as well… Its for the kids just like Twilight is aimed for teens in love and teen angst..

I didn't think it was possible, but the acting in this is even worse than in "The Happening."

I liked it (and I loathe M. Night). Cute, enjoyable kids movie, nothing more (i think a lot of ppl are judging it from an adult standard).

I also bet it's gonna make a ton of money.
