This movie was very enjoyable. I liked the premise and it had it's share of comedy and drama. While I didn't find myself completely absorbed in the characters, I did have some empathy for them. The "Larry found in the pool" scene was very well done and I liked the song that was played. I have yet to locate this soundtrack though.

While I don't think the movie is a 5 star effort, I thought its plot turns were a little surprising and dark fun. The cast rocks and what it has to say about materialism is maybe obvious, but interesting nonetheless.

Apparently the director made some changes to the third act since I saw the movie at TIFF. Wonder if that anything to do with it?
