This movie sucked. I dont care what reviewer\’s say like they\’re trying to convince it was actually good. Juliette Binoche is the only good part in this. Kristen Stuart was terrible as she usually is with her one dimensional facial sole facial expression. I get the aspect of this movie slightly clever but its not enough to give this what reviewer\’s are giving it on rotten tomatoes. Cant trust that site I guess. Save yourself hours from your life or pop it in if you have trouble sleeping. Its sure give you a full nights rest.

You really could have rewatched this, away from the context of the penultimate day of Cannes. It\’s a year later; this review had only a two-month reheat period. The film may very well be "insubstantial" but it deserves better.

I really don\’t understand all the good reviews that came out of Cannes, because the film didn\’t prove to be popular in France. It\’s really strange why it got such good reviews and then has so far bombed at the box office. Given its limited opening in the US, it doesn\’t look like the distributor has much faith in it making money here, either. People I know who\’ve seen it said it\’s a real snooze-fest. Endless conversations that go nowhere, but the spin doctors have been busy hyping this to the skies.
