It's funny to read the clueless dweebs posting here bashing the movie in a lame attempt to get some sort of empowerment and pseudo artistic credibility.
The movie was actually pretty good. You guys should stick to rating the quality of the fries you serve to customers in your job at the fast food joint.

The problem that many critics have with the premise is the religous element. Hollywood is extremely liberal, and the left have a problem with religion. Many of them are ignorant as to the origin of the war on religion and just jump on board to appear intellectually credible and vent all their bitterness and prejudice against an politically correct enemy.

The real reason is that the globalists implementing a world government cannot tolerate devotion to any institution other than the state, particularly when it promotes love, individual rights, family values and social cohesion. They need to remove all social barriers to complete state control and social division, thus they created the war on religion via social engineering, high profile celebrities/the new atheists attacking religion, and propaganda in the media.

There are also the corrupt critics paid of by companies like Warner Brothers to bash movies from other studios such as this one.

Either way, the bashing of this movie is excessive and unwarranted to the point where political/financial motivations become likely. Then there are weak, gutless bloggers who will jump on any bandwagon to appear to feel like they fit in with the mob.

That bums me out actually. Stuart Beattie can write a script and Aaron Eckhart can definitely act. If he's trying to bid for leading man status, he should do something more comedic -- "Thank You For Smoking" was a sweet spot for him.
