As an Indian - and specifically Gujrati
I thought the film was funny at times except I could do without the mild racist comments. My nephews are young half indian(gujrati) & half black... I wanted to take them to see this film because they are inherently immersed in their Indian heritage. They would have enjoyed it - except I won\'t now since the filmakers choice to use the commment of one the indian girls about not marrying muslim or black. She is obviously uneducated herself, my parents and family struggled with race and identity and taught us right from wrong. The only identity & culture my nephews know is Indian - but now they are cast aside by their own Patels.
Terrible choice.
