Instead of sitting in the front row of your local Odeon pulling 'The Crazies' to pieces, with no one except for your sketch pad and pencil. Invite a couple of friends along with you and enjoy the film for what it is; a fun filled thriller!!

I totally agree with this person, who clearly shares the same passion for film as I do.

I have seen this low budget film but instead of pulling it apart and finding things to quote on, I actually found it highly fun and enjoyable.

I recommend it.

Save your lungs from smoke and your liver from alcohol and invite the lads along.

I agree with first anon, minus the hostility. The original "The Crazies" is a brilliant fucking movie, and it's aged perfectly. I wouldn't say that's coffee shop college artfag type shit because it's a good review and because most mainstream critics were probably similarly dismissive of the original. It's a great film, and it looks like they removed everything interesting about the original in this remake, which, by the sounds of it, you properly eviscerated. Breck Eisner can fuck off.
