Thank you so much for revealing the childhood trauma in the film because I have been reading a multitude of reviews looking for it. This in no wise will lessen my enjoyment of the film but rather helped me determine if I would want to see it.

the childhood thing is hinted at in one of the trailers, but i too was shocked that is was explicitly mentioned in his review. it will not lessen the impact of the film, but its best i think to be surprised by it.

I can't believe you revealed two major plotpoints. Not knowing what exactly happened to Jacky when he was a child, is crucial to the atmosphere of the movie. That his best friend is a gay, should also not be given away.

A truly great movie, that loses impact if you know too much of the story. Why did you guys spoiled it???
