I realized that some people are really haters, some others believe that the movie was just an ad for a Disney park, others are unable to imagine something new or doesn\'t have the capacity to marvel with a real jewel.

About Tomorrowland, you could say that maybe is one of the most misunderstood movies in a long time. I know that Bird had a clear message when he made the movie, is very clear... no doubt about that. But I believe that, even him, did not realize entirely that a real masterpiece was created.

I really believe that the fundamental problem is that people believed that the movie would have a lot of roller coasters, a lot of robots in a city of the future, time travels, and they don\'t understand that movie is not just about Tomorrowland, but a journey to the heart and will of people, and with this, as if that was a small achievement, a new and unique odyssey. Maybe there is a lack of clever imagination these days.

And I have no doubt that in a few years, people will re look again and will understand why this will be a Cult Classic (honestly). A real Sci-Fi jewel, in the most pure essence, inside a wonderful, beautiful and unique story. By the other hand, the cast is just perfect, it is hard to imagine more lovely and enjoyable actresses than Raffey and Britt. Of course, the rest of the cast, was just great.

And maybe you are not able to appreciate the talent of Robertson, but if you see other performances, you will realize that she is an excellent actress, and that her character is just perfect for the history. In fact, there is people who believes that Robertson has developed her acting skills through the Stanislavski technique (no one, but her, can tell us if she reach that level in acting by the use of this technique or by other means, or if is just natural in her).

perhaps, the Gov. played by Hugh, reveals that the dark predictions are only the projection of his mind and the machine, which leads to everyone believing that the end is near, and like the left which rejects all reality of the past from tree rings, to current data that shows the same amount of ice in the arctic as 1979, and many other truths of cooling earth and its natural cycles, this leads to world wide war nuclear that really at least temporarily changes the earth by creating its own reality, sorta like the boondoggle that is anthropological global warming lie that is harming our nation and the world. its all just a negative imagination of the media and lefty/progressive communist.

Damon Lidenlof must have some very nasty pictures of hidden camera footage of the Hollywood studio bigwigs. Otherwise I don\'t know how this fellow gets such big projects with his message boars forum type hack ideas. Yes. Lindelof is a cheap hack.

Couldn\'t agree more. I was hoping to love this movie. But I only ended up liking it.

Which means I\'m a bit disappointed. BUT! To be disappointed by a Brad Bird film is to go through one awesome thrill ride.

Also, did you notice? This movie has not one, but TWO female protagonists. Two female characters which recognize each other, work together, and solve a few problems without the need of a male counterpart.
How rare is that for an action/adventure mainstream movie?

"there’s probably a specific type of 8-10 year-old boy who will probably love this movie though"

And you were probably just that kind of 8-10 year old, you inward-gazing wallflower trendsetter, you. God love ya!
