I found the intention of the film executed well; the message of it — a run through of people, who may be unsure of their place, in the world of their religion\’s Rubicon-like line, though the gamut of zany entertainment they are in the movie — wasn\’t meant to display epiphany, of guilt and reason. By the end, the sincerity of their situation — unreasonable, and slightly less unreasonable — made them victims of the innate circumstance of belonging to those who have committed these \”honorable\” acts before, and how unviable escape from it becomes even when you realize that — how\’s for that satiric timing –, it\’s just wrong.

(by the way. edit that last sentence! it\’s teetering toward having an invisible line of context. as in:

A movie for modern times.
