Paul Rudd surprised me so much. I always thought of him as a great comedy actor, but he managed to pull off action just as well, but still including his comedy to full effect in what was possibly the best movie of the Marvel Cinematic Universe so far!

I remember when I was a kid I loved this series of books called "The Big Books of Tell Me Why", and it would give scientific answers to all the stupid questions kids would ask, like why is the sky blue. I always remembered the author\’s weird name Arkady Leokum. I never thought I would see that name again.

This was a terrible article, its as if the reviewer, decided on the movie being crap before, even watching it, the way I know is the choice of words used, over exaggeration, and comparisons to other movies
along with shoehorning the movie as a "mcu flick" rather than look at as a movie on its own
plus the first paragraph says it all, with a Edgar Wright praise, whilst giving a total bias back story on the re-writes (remember production started when Edgar decided to leave) leaving a decades work in the hands of marvel, at least joss stuck around to complete his work before spitting the dummy,
there\’s flaws in this movie I agree, and this review points most of them out, though the tone in this review is of a Edgar fan, wishing that Wright would in the next decade get to have his version on screen, rather than work out a compromise with the producers who are bankrolling and legally own rights to the said character
there is way too many articles that are boasting the Edgar did the right thing, but as far as I can see he abandoned the project, when it needed him the most, blameless shame, and marvels cinematic universe picks up the tab, and adds this movie to the phase2 box set, whilst generally entertaining the viewing public
I watched the movie a few days ago, I get what this reviewer is explaining in each scene (that they are basically spoiling= spoiler alert?) but again over exaggeration, looking to use three obscure words when one would have done, thumbs down

Your review covers everything I felt when watching Ant-Man. There\’s some really clever ideas stuffed inside this overall boring and bland film that feeds into all of Marvel\’s bad qualities. That doesn\’t make it a bad film exactly, but it\’s also not a very interesting movie. The exposition is over-the-top and extremely boring, and it lasts two acts too long. One thing I did enjoy about Ant-Man was the final action sequence, which felt very original for a Marvel movie since it had stakes. However, those stakes didn\’t come soon enough. Really good reading your review :).
