It was fine: well-made and entertaining but it&#x27;s hard to imagine that audiences ever found it scary or deep. Ultimately, it doesn&#x27;t even make sense within the confines of its own logic. Tim Robbins&#x27; performance was wonderful, though. I am not hopeful that a remake or an homage will represent an improvement on the original, nor an alternative worth pursuing.]]></description>
