Just for those not keeping score:
So far Jesse has 'murdered' two people.
Gale, who was unarmed, and Salamanca's nephew, whom he shot in self defence.
Hank has 'killed' two people.
Tuco, who was out of bullets, and Salamanca's nephew, whom he shot in self defence.
Hank, who routinely breaks with proper procedure, is pretty high and mighty about Jesse's drug use, but he is in the DEA after all and hence unlikely to be able to view Jesse's circumstances in an unbiased light.
There are no white hats.

IDK y but i feel that something terrible will happen and Walt will go Keyser Soze on his family, I think that's the only way to surprise the audience at this point.
