I enjoyed reading all these recaps. Well summarised and accompanied with a short bit of commentary along the way. I completely agree that the final season is being rushed, or at the very least the tempo feels unfamiliar. The killing of long standing characters just isnt working for me. Its very \’Cohen Brothers\’ . Quick unceremonious demise. Often not seen coming. While that can be very effective, it is also very tricky to get right. And it seems this final season is just filled with these moments. I cant keep up. I dont even get a chance to take in what just happen.

It\’s just an OK show..I\’ve enjoyed some of the episodes a lot but overall, it\’s predictable fare with some atmosphere. One thing they don\’t get right (actually, not many movies/TV shows do) is the amount of horses that would be everywhere on the streets..with the associated droppings everywhere. Streets were filthy..this production is too clean if you really want to go for realism.
