It seems like Nucky left a pointed message on the way out of that meeting. He paid the waiter to remark on the illustration of the actress that was hanging just above the table Tonino and Nucky sat at during their meeting. And Tonino seemed to get a sick look on his face, then the camera panned to the Cuban bodyguard/assasin. Next thing we know, Tonino shows up dead with a Cuban greeting card and a missing ear. Nucky justice.
