Just don't void the interconnected Predator/AVP Universe. I am a huge fan.

(Note I left out Alien? Yeah the Alien films aren't apart of the Predator/AVP canon).

I 100% percent agree. Reboots are just plain lazy. Why tell the same shit all over again. Expand the story.

love Shane's take on reboots. they're basically useless retools of stories already told. build on established mythologies is the way to go. unless you're Batman. then again, endless reboots of that will definitely be tiresome.

Sounds interesting!

I'd like to see a film which interlocks Predator, Predators (which I actually enjoyed), and The Inventive Predator of Shane Black eventually, though. I'm sure Arnie and Adrian Brody would be down for a team-up.

I'm fine with pretending Predator 2 and the AvP movies never happened.

The 2010 film was a sequel too. They talk about the events of the '87 film.
