i don\’t see The Dam Keeper as a moral tale. the narrative\’s actually more Freudian and metaphorical: something meaningful that comes into our lives upsets the balance of things, and what was once repressed is unleashed. among the ruins of the world we inherited from our parents, we must build something new.

These films sound thoughtfully-created and genuinely artful as they illustrate the life and love of our main characters as they overcome their circumstances. I am particularly looking forward to seeing Tomasz Sliwinski\’s real-life short film on Ondine\’s curse called Our Curse. I also have Ondine\’s curse (since I was born). I am looking forward to seeing his film style.
