Once formally at a lecture series at USC where he talked about Star Trek IV, and the other informally at a film festival at UCLA where he was forced to sit through one of my student films. Both times he was awesome and at USC he was kind enough to sign my very old copy of "I Am Not Spock", a great book. He was my greatest film/tv hero. I feel much older today.
