Tarantino was in Django twice.. he was one of the masked members of the horse gang (he of course gave himself one of the scene's better lines).. not a fan of his acting work.. not at all.. and I think his direction is going the way of his acting… diggity down.

I agree with Brian about Django. His Road Runner/Coyote departure seemed to be an acknowledgment of what everyone in the theater must be thinking of his performance. At the very least, no way he was serious about that accent, right?

I don't mind Tarantino as an actor. I think he's fine when he's playing a thinly-veiled version of himself (Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction) or a creepy rapist weirdo (From Dusk Till Dawn, Planet Terror). But that being said, I really don't see him as Corman, and he did miscast himself in Django Unchained, although the way he exited the movie more than made up for it for me.
