Ten Million Slaves is absolutely wonderful. First time I heard it in the movie, it took my breath away. I love the banjo!!

movie & soundtrack were both good. i really enjoyed watching it. music created a specific atmosphere of that movie, so i think the soundtrack is very ok.

I enjoyed the film but the soundtrack, as good as it is, just isn't accurate for the time. I expected more from Mann in this respect. Considering the lengths he went to, filming on actual locations.

this movie and soundtrack is good, but it still doesnt come close the trying with TRANSFORMERS 2. but its a great runner up.

I've been looking for a decent review of this CD prior to its release, so cheers, that track they use on the Trailer for this movie sent chills down my spine... I'm a big fan of William Elliot Whitmore and the other Colorado based America scene acts, and this fits right in there...
