I just saw Captain America 2 with quicksilver and the scarlet witch at the end of the credit movie they (Quicksilver and the witch) are Magneto children, and Spiderman every now and then work for S.H.I.E.L.D with Nick Fury ( the ultimate Spider-man). Why are they making these deals and crossover so complicated?

So what is he doing now with his Spider-Man kingdom? Trying to pull off his own MCU.
