Can hardly wait for the Lone Ranger. Why don't we hear about these personal appearances before they happen? I would have loved to go into NY to see this.

It's "a genre that has more or less been regulated to the sidelines" because we've all had it up to here with the American Indian as a Nature Boy. Depp seems to want to taunt every American Indian in the country with how insultingly ridiculous he looks. I'm surprised there's no love interest: like, why not some hipster babe in a buckskin bikini and eagle feathers offering up jello shots?

The last Malick article I can remember was a survey about whether To The Wonder was a masterpiece or a joke (self parody I think was the phrase). All Im saying is that the reviews on here can, from time to time, be a little non-committal in praise, and that I found it interesting that The Lone Ranger of all things got such a long and positive write up. Don't read too far into that,it's just a passing observation, I'm not trying to 'call anyone out' or anything
