I’ll concede that dreadful might have been too harsh of a word, but the film is definitely not good and all i was doing was trying to convey my genuine feelings and opinion on the film. Anything else is your own projections. There’s nothing wrong with unlikable characters, but there is wit a pretty much shitty movie. “giggle.”

The trailer looked good and i dont see the problem with “unlikeable” characters. Then again “likeable” characters seems to be a big thing in the US. For example The Office went from “Lars Von Trier” to “Friends” when it was remade to fit the US audience.

Some people are still confused about this and claim the US remake to be better but this is just a sign of inmaturity much in the same vein as children prefer ice cream too a proper meal.

Is it really dreadful? Thought the trailer looked good, and Alan Ball seems to be a man who makes the right choices. But then again..
