Slatterly directed my personal favorite Mad Men episode last season — he was barely in it — but it was the one where Pete gets punched by Lane Pryce and it was perfect that the Pete beating was directed by the man who plays Roger, who beats Pete repeatedly with barbs to his face or behind closed doors.
