Jennifer Lawrence's performance was flat, and the other performances were boring ( even Woody Harrelson & Stanley Tucci) . I still don't understand, after Saoirse Ronan auditioned for the lead role, why Gary Ross didn't hire her for the coveted role ? Ronan would have killed in the role. And, the studio should have hired two , young male leads that have more depth and talent.
