Congratulations on your 'exclusive', and I assume that you won't be reporting on anything in future that any other outlet releases first. Did you go around to every other website out there that is now spinning this story and comment on their story? I'm sure a large amount of them had something in there you could contest, and you'd also be subtly reminding them that you broke this first.
