I agree that Jennifer Lawrence should be in consideration in this category.

And I just watched The Sessions, Helen Hunt is clearly the lead actress in the film, she had great chances to get a nod in that category but for biggest ones will be promoted in this category (stupid, just stupid). Hunt is terrific in her role, perfect, so meticulous performance, better than Adams, she was my front-runner, now I have to wait for Hathaway, and then we will have a winner

I think no dramatic change will happen. Probably one of the girls from "Les Miserables" will go away…

Unfortunately I haven't seen any of the movies so I can't really say anything. I did watch all the clips and trailers of The Master and Amy Adams seems to be at the top of her game.
Maybe she's a frontrunner??
She certainly deserves it! One of the best actress working in Hollywood these days.

Jennifer Lawrence should be mention as a supporting role in "Silver Linings Playbook". She is not the lead ! Berenice Bejo got more screen-time in "The Artist" than her in SLP. She shouldn't be consider in a leading category
