WB has some serious top tier issues and I’m sure that Kevin Tsujihara’s head is on the chopping block. It’s a shame when a studio with such cinematic history becomes the Walmart of Hollywood. Cheap goods for an ever demanding public.

WB has had a very rough few years, no doubt about that. I don’t know whom nor would I want to blame anyone for any of the lack of success (the Hobbit movies made almost 3 billion $, so I count those as a success) as it’s not my business.
But according to what I’ve seen and read, Peter Jackson didn’t “phone in” anything for the Hobbit. He did a pretty amazing Job considering that WB didn’t give him the time to adapt the scripts or the Production and Schedule after del Toro left. He was trying to do the best he could with what he had. All the reports and even some of the Special Features show that quite clearly. So, in this case I consider the blame to be, not only pointless, but just uninformed and wrong.
Sorry, I just had to get that of my chest.
