Wiley is kind of cringey sometimes, most for me in season 4. I would switch her out with Danielle Brooks, who’s a greater talent.
I don’t get some people’s love for Wiley’s character – she’s utterly vanilla. Presented as a goody two shoes, and a victim of other people’s conflicts, all she does is garner audience sympathy by acting and looking like an innocent flower. Her and Taystee’s impersonations were funny (Taystee more), but I really don’t care for Mary Sue characters like that.

I have the feeling that Dianna Agron will be included in the next year's list. She's in some interesting (at least on paper) indie movies that will be released between this fall and early 2015. I think we'll hear her often pretty soon.
