Yeah, i\’ve got a real soft spot for Olivia. She\’s cool, she\’s gorgeous; she\’s smart, sweet & funny; and she\’s also great at what she does and i always enjoy her on screen.

It does seem like it could be a very good year for her and i\’d be very happy about that.

ps, if she reads this….. Hi Olivia! Could we go for a walk sometime? I\’m from England… if that helps… *turns suddenly and runs away red-faced. Stands in the distance; fingers crossed in my pocket, foot moves in the dirt*

Weitz has turned in a string of awful films, but I actually liked \”Cirque du Freak.\” Knew nothing about it and watched it on cable and enjoyed it quite a bit.

Also, Ms. Thirlby is incredibly gorgeous and incredibly talented. I\’ve sat through some truly horrible films (Juno, Love Comes Lately, No Strings Attached) just to see her work.

This is a great book, one of my favourites. Looking forward to the film but Paul Dano seems horribly miscast.
