I don't know if it'll be as good as the Korean original (history suggests not), but it won't be just a "capable action pic" either. The pictures, the story and Spike Lee's history as a filmmaker suggest, at the very least, it'll be more than that. Not saying it won't be mediocre in execution, but I'm sure Lee's got a few things up his sleeve.
