Take this with the usual grain of salt, but I\’ve seen reports citing sources that worked on the film which claim the lightsaber with the crossguard was named "junk lightsaber" in the script, and was meant to represent an amateur first attempt by someone who didn\’t really know what they were doing. So while I agree it does look like rubbish, there\’s a chance it looks like a piece of junk because it\’s *supposed* to look like a piece of junk… which would actually make sense. Except for Luke Skywalker, who\’s left by that point who would know how to build a proper lightsaber?

That\’s the stupidest lightsaber I\’ve ever seen. Hollywood is really dumb sometimes and this is an example of how retarded they are. This movie will fall below expectations – mistakes are being made.

All Luke\’s narration from the second trailer is recycled from ROTJ, including "You have that power too."
I think this movie will depict the force "awaking" in Han and Leia\’s kids– Rey and Kylo (who is currently a bad guy). What happened over the past 30 years to break up the original gang though? Was it Kylo joining the Knights of Ren?
