I never take their reviews to heart, especially ones that come out of a festival, but as I said I'm glad to see an alternative perspective on this one.

I don't think everyone will love Ondine as much as I mostly did, but that's ok. I felt it really transported me and it was captivating. That's all I ask for with this type of film. Cynics will probably dismiss it. That's their prerogative.
