That Vampire Weekend video, good as it is, seems obviously inspired by Wes Anderson's AmEx spot (itself inspired by Truffaut's Day For Night) and together with the Last Shadow Puppets video makes me wonder if Submarine will be entirely composed of steadicam and tracking shots, Russian Ark-style…
