I\’m not interested in this at all. I was before I watched the trailer but Brad looks totally goofy in that movie. Maybe they should take some of him out of the trailer because his acting was not great.

it\’s not about baseball. it\’s about potential and the poster makes this clear (although, granted, it doesn\’t spell it out for addled bloggers)

the baseball field is empty. there\’s nothing going on even though the facility is designed for team sports but no team is around and no fans are there. there\’s just potential.

the protagonist is in the field alone. he knows he is responsible for bringing life to all this emptiness. he can, potentially, make it work and fill all those seats with excited fans or, potentially, fail and nothing happens.

it\’s about the potential we all have and risking everything to try to succeed and, yes, stars brad pitt

A Brad Pitt movie will get just as much attention as anything at comic con…thankfully.
This is likely more appealing to females, and even males, than most of the comic con podiums.
Brad Pitt + Baseball + Movie will connect with much more people than obscure superheroes or graphic novels.

This will bring in maybe just as much as Green Lantern globally when it finishes its run.

And comic con dependent movies have to compete with tablets, iphones and 2:00 minute youtube videos
