My guess is Naomi Watts. Considering major part of the film is set in US, he is surely looking at some Hollywood actress. He usually repeats his actors, and having worked with Watts earlier in "Funny Games" (the only prominent Hollywood actress he has worked with), he might be trying to rope her again. Watts will be shooting "Insurgent" during summer. So, that also explains his wait.

Also, this premise doesn't seem that far away from his previous work, he explored media in Benny's Video and Cache and has done the intersecting characters thing in 71 Fragments and Code Unknown.
