I have worked in the business for many years and the only time I had personally experienced anti semitism in the business was on a bay film when the producer, IB, told me twice to stop \”jewing\” people. Needless to say, being jewish myself and having had ancestors who had perished in the holocaust, I was taken aback.

Moreover, Bay can be an ass on and, off the set, I guess he is more pragmatic as to he is an ass too when he is off.
