The choreography was innovative, yet a la mode.
A quirky little ditty, which I have to say, gave me some rather uncomfortable wood at the back row of the cinema.
Fortunately Gubbins was present to indulge me.
I do however believe that a cheddar injection would have given this project more action scenes. Perhaps some robots in space with bionic 6-legged horses.

Alive Alone will fail big time. I've worked with the director and witnessed his work first hand. He is out of his depth with this one. I hope it won't set back the amazing Noomi too much, I'm sure it won't, she is fantastic. Longi needs to take a couple of hits and switch the choice of the main (C)ast.

I read this script ages ago when it was out around London looking for backing. It's good that it's finally moving forward, and I'm glad that (reasonably) big name talent are attaching themselves to small, indie fare with something to say… but, that said, I found the script preposterously overwrought and even silly. Every emotional beat overblown and the whole thing just unlikely and overcooked. Oh well. Maybe it's changed since then.
