Poor Oliver. This must be torture for him. Don’t worry. He’ll have many, many chances over the next year to decry Vaughn, likely comparing him to Trump or any other PROBLEMATIC figure. Perhaps he’ll join that most enlightened of film scholars Jeff Wells and continue to decry FANBOYS … or whatever label he chooses to deploy to denigrate those who *shudder* disagree with his thoughts on the filmmaker.
