Doesn’t seem too surprising though. A lot of the younger directors are probably looking for a Nolan-esque layout when it comes to this and it seems abundantly clear that Warner/DC are done giving up that much control.

Dammit if I’m not stifling a laugh at the idea of Warner thinking they could sucker Ridley Scott into the job though.
