Fox and Marvel worked together on Legion and Gifted…..they allowed Fox to change Negasonic Teenage Warhead for Deadpool in exchange for the rights to use Ego. There’s not much Marvel can do with the X-men in their cinematic universe. Wolverine and Deadpool are the only real box office draws….Jackman is done playing Wolverine and Deadpool has such a unique tone that he wouldn’t work well in a Marvel movie. So I can see why there’s not much interest there….on the other hand, they teamed up for Legion and that was an excellent TV show….they have much more potential to work together on the TV side. As for Fantastic Four, I’m sure Marvel would love to have them back at some point but Feige isn’t dumb enough to announce any interest in the media…otherwise Fox would think there’s some value to holding onto FF.
