Please point to The Playlist talking about that once. Charles Barfield goes to bat for the #MeToo movment when it’s culturally easy targets like Woody Allen (innocent) and Roman Polanski (forgiven by the victim), but not men who beat up women in bars such as Emile Hirsch. It’s definitely of note that no one anywhere is addressing that sort of hypocrisy in reporting.
