I'm with Andre. I'm a huge fan of the comics (well, the Brian K Vaughan-penned ones anyway) and this just looks awful. Keke Palmer and now Fred? Really? I try to be cautiously optimistic, but I can't even work up the energy for that in this case.

Man….I'm pissed. As an extremely big fan of that whole first series, this looks like its going to be a so-so movie. I wish I had the proper connections in Hollywood, because, being a 18 year old African American, I would instantly try out for the role of Alex Wilder. I'm not unfamiliar with acting, and I think the part would be a perfect role for me. [That's right, I'm selling myself on a blog.] However, this cast looks iffy. Keke Palmer fits no where in the cast, and, unless their planning create a character or something for her, I'm a little concerned. This…youtube sensation looks skeptical. All in all, I'm worried.
Oh, and saying Marvel movies > D.C. movies and vice versa is a seriously dumb debate.

2ndly, never heard of him? I (as well as millions of teens whose senses of humor are malformed) unfortunately have. Damn you Fred.....

To be honest, minus the helium voice and annoying shenanigans, he could surprise us all and not be too bad.
