Atlas plays at the end of Catching Fire, immediately after a disoriented Katniss learns that Peeta has been captured by the Capitol. The chorus "Carry YOUR world" refers to his ability to quietly, but movingly and more importantly, vitally sustain Katniss, though she is physically the "protector". It is at the end of the second movie that Katniss, and the audience together draw breath of understanding his crucial role and the impact of his loss on her.
