Apparently there's alot, as we can see. Hope it's better.

Also, doesn't Cruise seem to kill alot of people for the silly comedy action flick it's supposed to be. And that's just in the trailer! Jason Bourne would be jealous.

I'm tinkng the same thing…I was just laughing about it with a friend of mine who has worked on the VFX for "Knight and Day" – all of those shots are really old verisons – that's why the guy driving the SUV that flips over their car (1:32) is a grey proxy…and all the stuf in Spain looks like shit.
