She often annoys me as a person in real life with some of the things she says, but she\’s one of the most talented writers and filmmakers around today. "Tiny Furniture" is kind of a minor miracle considering her lack of experience and the budget, and "Girls" just reveals her innate ability to write for TV intelligently and make it look better than the average show. She manages to mine more depth in 30 minutes than most 60-minute shows.
