This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. As a fan of John Milton and Paradise Lost, I can say that making this into a movie would have been a HUGE profit for any production company. I, for one, was really looking forward to it because I wanted to see how they would translate it from book/epic poem to screen.

Whoever decided not to make this movie should be slapped in the face.

It could have been pretty cool. I want to see a Paradise Lost action film and Proyas would probably have done a reasonable job I think.

I have to say i'm gutted at this news! I was really, really looking forward to this. Jesus! Is no-one in Hollywood (and i'm looking at the studios here!) willing to take risks these days? Obviously not! A great big shame is all i can say.

Oh well, at least we'll get another Wolfpack sequel. Again!
